Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and routine manufacturing-system transactions.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, procedures, and production records.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and inspect assigned manufacturing equipment.
• Perform authorized equipment setup, in-process checks, and parameter adjustments.
• Verify equipment is within preventive-maintenance and calibration status before use.
• Maintain FIFO, Kanban, 5S and other visual-management practices.
• Document accepted and rejected units in production records and logs.
• Complete production-order transactions and daily unit reports.
