Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of prior Apple experience is mandatory.
  • Experience setting up and supporting hardware equipment, robotic fixtures, or automated testing systems.
  • Strong hardware and software debugging and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and processes quickly.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience supporting laboratory operations and test environments.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware test equipment and robotic fixtures.
  • Support system-level hardware and software integration testing activities.
  • Assist in bringing up new test infrastructure and automated validation solutions.
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot software tools and packages on laboratory systems.
  • Execute test plans, validation activities, and experiments within established timelines.
  • Investigate and debug complex hardware and software problems to determine root causes.
  • Document defects with detailed logs, screenshots, timestamps, and diagnostic data.
  • Support day-to-day lab operations and ensure test environments remain operational.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams across multiple locations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within test and validation environments.

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Vision Lab Technician to support cutting-edge hardware and software validation activities in an advanced technology laboratory environment. This role will work closely with engineering teams to build, maintain, and optimize automated test infrastructure, robotic fixtures, and validation systems.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues. This position requires strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Work You'll Do

As a Vision Lab Technician, you will collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to support system-level testing, lab automation, and validation initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and operational readiness of advanced testing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
