Visions Optometry is seeking an Optician to help people see clearly by guiding them to eyewear that fits their medical needs and personal style. You’ll review prescriptions, advise on frames, and ensure a great patient experience in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Full training is provided if you’re new to optics, with opportunities to grow and advance within the company as you gain experience and skills in sales and eyewear care.

Qualificações

• 0-3 years of experience; optical experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Coachable attitude—ready to learn and grow in the optical field.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing patient needs and office demands.
• Professional phone etiquette and a warm, approachable demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Review prescriptions and help patients choose eyewear for medical and aesthetic needs.
• Provide guidance on frame choices to ensure satisfaction with vision and style.
• Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Manage and maintain eyewear inventory for a great selection.
• Perform adjustments and repairs on eyewear with personalized service.
• Collaborate with physicians to address prescription questions and provide clarity on eye-related concerns.
