Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year strong guest service skills.
- High School Graduate /GED or equivalent experience.
- Strong communicator and listener to guests and associates.
- Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, caring, patient).
- Sales skills and knowledge of store merchandise.
- Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests promptly on entry and delivers attentive service.
- Explains products, services and forms to guests and patients.
- Reviews prescriptions and patient information with attention to detail.
- Operates the POS system and processes payments.
- Maintains clean, organized displays and store appearance.
- Provides support to Optometrist and discusses contact lens care.
