You will fit and dispense fashionable eyewear, build brand awareness, and collaborate with optical doctors and store hosts to ensure accurate transactions and outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, state licensure, and 1+ years in retail or customer service, with strong selling

• Licensed as required by state to practice.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the daily sales goal through flawless execution of Guest Experience behaviors.
• Ensures a simple, fun and in-style fashion experience through Playground Rules.
• Builds Brand awareness by attracting new guests from the Host to Optical.
• Develops and maintains a professional business partnership with Target Optical doctor and Host.
• Models the Target Optical Personal Style Dress Code.
• Creates an amazing Guest experience on every visit by fitting and dispensing fashionable product.
• Follows all operating policies and procedures and completes sales transactions accurately.
