Responsibilities include monitoring entry points, logging visitors, preparing clear reports, and coordinating with law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and client requirements.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Outdoor work readiness in varied weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations or criminal activity.
• Perform routine foot patrols of the assigned area.
• Monitor entrances and oversee visitors and vehicles.
• Control access points and log visitors/vendors.
• Observe and report safety hazards and policy violations.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and responders as required.
• Maintain professional appearance and company protocol compliance.
