Dow in Honolulu seeks a Visa and Immigration Consultant to oversee visa processing, maintain client relationships, and provide up-to-date immigration advice. Titles may include Visa Counselor, Counselor, Immigration, or Immigration Consultant.

The role involves staying current with immigration law changes, meeting clients to assess needs, preparing documents, and ensuring accuracy of information. This is a full-time, in-person position with a focus on effective client service and compliant visa

Qualifications

• Diploma preferred.
• Immigration: 1 year experience preferred.
• Counseling: 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with alterations to immigration laws.
• Expertise in Student Visa, Work Visa, Tourist Visa.
• Meet with prospective and extant clients to gauge services required.
• Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring smooth processes.
• Interview clients and handle applications face-to-face and by mail, ensuring suitability.
• Ensure client information is accurate and correct, prepare and check legal documents.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Assist clients to obtain the visa they applied for and stay in contact to build relationships.
• Provide clear, accurate information based on current immigration laws and policies.
• Follow up to understand client plans for their applications.

Responsibilities

1. Keeping up to date with alterations to immigration laws.
2. Expertise in Student Visa, Work Visa, Tourist Visa.
3. Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
4. The Visa and Immigration Consultant must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
5. The Visa and Immigration Consultant must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by mail to ensure that the client is suitable.
6. The Visa and Immigration Consultant must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
7. You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
8. The Visa and Immigration Consultant must be able to help the client to obtain the visa that they have applied to and be in touch from time to time to build strong relationship.
9. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
10. Follow up with the client from time to time to know their plan for the application.

Job Details

Job Type: Full‑time | Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
