As a Virtuance Photography Partner (an independent contractor opportunity), you can create your own schedule and work independently while collaborating with an awesome Real Estate Photography Team!

As a Virtuance Photography Partner ( a 1099 contractor role ), we handle marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, client communication, and other business aspects so you can concentrate on your craft.

You need the following to succeed :

• Meet ALL equipment requirements (listed below)
• Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command License
• Provide proof of Limited Liability Insurance with at least $1 million coverage
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Availability of 2 days per week (Monday – Friday)
• Reliable internet connection
• Own a current and legal driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to shoots
• Enthusiasm about joining the best network of real estate professionals

Equipment Requirements :

• Digital SLR Body capable of Bracketing 5+ images in AEB mode
• Drone capable of bracketing 5 images, such as Mavic models, DJI Phantom 3, 4, Inspire 1, S900 or better (no GoPro)
• Ball Head
• Laptop with Windows (32-bit or 64-bit) or Mac OS X
• Theta Z1 camera (can be leased through us)
• Smartphone - iPhone 11 or newer, or Android

Compensation

We offer competitive pay based on completed projects, with a percentage of the total package price. Typical earnings range from $40-$80+ for ground photos and $50-$100+ for aerial shots per job. More details will be provided.

Certification Requirements

This opportunity includes free online training to learn about real estate photography and access to advanced technology. You will need to complete a remote certification course and a test photoshoot to demonstrate your skills.
