Job summary

RSC2, Inc. is seeking an OCO Virtualization Product Manager to define the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems, focusing on virtualization and containerization. This role supports government customers and interacts with stakeholders across the defense sector.

Location: Hanover, MD; Employment Type: Full-time, Salary-Exempt. Competitive benefits package offered including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement matching. Salary range: $107,496–$269,129 depending on experience.

Qualifications

Active TS SCI w/ Polygraph is required.
Significant virtualization/containerization experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership with stakeholders to define requirements and solutions for virtualized/containerized environments.
Lead backlog refinement and decompose features into actionable user stories.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to drive PI execution and risk mitigation.
Engage with government stakeholders to align capability delivery for virtualization solutions.
Participate in TEMs and OCO forums related to virtualization.
Develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and specs for virtualized apps.
Collaborate with designers/engineers to deliver multi-platform virtualization projects.
Lead engagements with partners and top technologists.
