Responsibilities
  • Assessment, Coordination & Discharge Planning: Meet with patients, develop care plans, coordinate with families and outpatient providers, and document all activities.
  • Individual and Family Therapy Services: Provide therapy, document sessions, seek supervision when needed, and facilitate specialized interventions.
  • Specialized Therapy Services: Offer services like Family, Equine, Art, EMDR, and SE therapy as required.
  • Group Therapy / Education: Prepare materials, conduct sessions, and support program development.
  • Treatment Team Member: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clinical concerns.
  • Performance Improvement: Participate in quality improvement activities.
  • On-Call Services: Provide on-call support as needed.
  • Other: Maintain professional communication, respond to requests, and work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field
  • State licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CPR & First Aid Certified
  • CPI Certified
  • Valid Driver’s License and Driver Safety Training
  • Minimum two years experience in behavioral health preferred
  • Experience with specialty services and trauma therapies is a plus
