The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a Virtual Nurse, RN, to coordinate and deliver professional nursing care through MUSC's telehealth platform. This role reports to the MUSC Center for Telehealth and focuses on efficient, patient-centered virtual care across the care continuum.

You will develop and execute pre-visit, during visit, and post-visit plans, support providers, and ensure adherence to nursing standards and patient privacy in a fast-paced telehealth setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; compact state accepted.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate pre-visit, during visit, and post-visit care plans for virtual patients.
• Support virtual visits and referrals; ensure timely, safe care.
• Collaborate with care teams; document and navigate patient needs.
