Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with order processing, account updates, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring cases are followed through to resolution.
  • Create and update support resources such as FAQs, guides, and templates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report recurring issues to help improve processes and efficiency.
  • Handle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills
