Responsible for creating or auditing comprehensive damage estimates for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims in auto or specialty lines, leading to proper disposition. Tasks include training, mentoring, quality control, and technical assistance on material damage claims.

Additional Details

This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in estimate writing and be located within the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities.
• Understand all policy types written by the company.
• Negotiate settlements, process payments, and document activities across multiple lines.
• Evaluate settlement options considering regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers across multiple lines.

Education

• Preferred: 4-year Bachelor's Degree.

Experience

• Preferred: 2 or more years of relevant experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not include supervisory duties.

Compensation

Hourly base pay ranges from $24.76 to $38.46, based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may include incentives such as bonuses or commissions.
