We are currently hiring virtual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in CA, NY, HI for the 25/26 school year!
What You’ll Do:
  • Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career by delivering Speech Language Pathology services to school-based children nationwide, using proprietary tools to support clinical care in a flexible environment.
  • Collaborate with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to provide outstanding services.
  • Develop your skills and expertise within a supportive team environment.
  • Provide telehealth services to a diverse pediatric population.
  • Work on a flexible schedule tailored to your needs.
What We Offer:
  • Compensation for direct and indirect time
  • Up to a $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000 annually)

Compensation:

This is a W2 employment opportunity. The hourly rate for residents in CA, HI, and NY ranges from $44 to $54, with potential incentives of up to $250 per month (up to $3,000 annually) for working 60+ hours per pay period and meeting other criteria. Final compensation depends on skills, location, and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to commit to at least 15 hours per week
  • Active, unrestricted SLP license in your state of residence
  • Current ASHA CCCs
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
  • Comfort with technology
  • Ability to follow documentation guidelines for reports and notes
  • Participation in IEP and team meetings, serving as case manager or coordinator
  • Ability to prepare progress reports and handle Medicaid billing if necessary
