Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking to hire a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year!
Location: North Carolina (Remote)
Start Date: August 2025

About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language services to students in a school-based setting. This role is essential in supporting students’ communication development and academic success through virtual evaluations and therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and physician orders
- Provide engaging and effective online therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with IEPs and school policies
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in North Carolina (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state/contract)
- Valid Health Certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
