Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services to students in an educational setting. This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position offering flexibility and autonomy while supporting student success in communication and learning.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and an active SLP license. Oregon licensure is preferred or required if residing in Oregon, with U.S.-based eligibility for

Qualifications

• Active SLP license required; must be licensed in state of residence if outside Oregon.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• CCC-SLP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans.
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed.

Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based required) School located in Oregon

Position Type: Contract (1099)

Schedule: Full Time preferred (30-40 Hours/Week)

Compensation: $48-$56/Hour, paid weekly
