Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to serve K-12 students in Wisconsin. You will assess, plan, and deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals while collaborating with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time role requires a Wisconsin SLP license, a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from a CAA-accredited program, and a background check. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid sick time, and ongoing professional

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from a CAA-accredited program.
• Current SLP license in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
