Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia. The role is remote with 5-10 hours per week, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET, 30-minute lunch, and 1099 per diem. Compensation includes $375–$435 per day, paid training ($20/hour), plus an annual loyalty bonus.

You’ll work with schools nationwide under supportive onboarding and a dedicated service manager. Clinicians are paid for sessions, documentation, and any no-shows, with cross-state licensure support and flexible casing

Qualifications

• Active Georgia SLP license.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum).
• Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services aligned with IEPs.
• Provide speech-language interventions and support aligned with student goals.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Rate: $375-435 per day worked - based on experience




• Annual Loyalty Bonus




• Per diem compensation is paid for days worked and is aligned with the school calendar
