Job summary

ACCEL Schools is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services for students in Georgia. The role requires collaboration with teachers, parents and district staff to develop IEPs, evaluate needs, and monitor progress in motor speech, language, literacy and related areas.

The position is online, with occasional travel for state testing and events. Candidates must hold a Georgia license, have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active Georgia state license as Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google apps, email and online comms.
• Strong knowledge of content areas and standards.
• Demonstrated care for children and passion for teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality virtual speech-language therapy to students in Georgia.
• Conduct standard and non-standardized assessments and write reports.
• Develop strengths-based, child and family-centered treatment plans.
• Ensure IEP and MARSE adherence and progress monitoring.
• Initiate and follow MET/IEP procedures as appropriate.
• Maintain timely records and report progress to parents.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and parents on IEP goals.
• Support alignment of goals with core standards.
