We have delivered over 1 million therapy sessions across speech, occupational, mental health, and school psychology, with 94% of clients reporting high levels of student engagement under our providers\' care. We support the whole child and the whole provider with connection and collaboration, offering tools and resources to communicate with fellow professionals and clinical managers. All clinical managers have extensive experience in delivering school-based teletherapy and are available when needed.

We are currently hiring virtual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in Michigan for the 25/26 school year.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver Speech Language Pathology services to school-based children across the nation using technology, including proprietary tools to support clinical care, in a flexible environment
  • Collaborate with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to provide outstanding SLP services to children in need
  • Develop skills and expertise within a supportive team-based environment
  • Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school-aged children
  • Operate on a flexible schedule designed to meet your needs

Compensation

This is a W2 employment opportunity. Compensation varies by location and other qualifications. Hourly ranges are provided for several states and may be adjusted based on factors such as geography and skills. In addition, there is an opportunity to earn up to a $250 monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period and meet eligibility criteria.

Qualifications
  • Able to commit to 15 or more hours per week
  • Active, unrestricted SLP license in your state of residence and Michigan, in good standing
  • CCC: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • School experience or experience with school-aged pediatric populations
  • Comfort with technology and teletherapy platforms
  • Ability to follow documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings; serve as case manager or process coordinator as needed
  • Prepare progress reports and complete Medicaid billing if necessary
