Position Overview

Soliant is seeking a licensed and dedicated Online School Psychologist to serve Indiana students in a virtual learning environment for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time remote position is ideal for professionals passionate about providing comprehensive psychological services and support to students through innovative, online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological services including assessment, consultation, and intervention for students enrolled in Indiana virtual schools.
• Administer and interpret individual psychological and educational evaluations via online formats.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student academic and social-emotional development.
• Facilitate virtual meetings for referral, evaluation, Individualized Education Program (IEP) development, and program placement in compliance with Indiana state regulations.
• Ensure documentation and services comply with all district, state, and federal special education laws.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working in an online or virtual educational setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indiana special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent virtual communication skills with students, families, and staff.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
