Eleutheria is seeking a Virtual School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a remote-Indiana setting for the 2026-2027 school year. The role pays $48-$57 per hour on a part-time schedule, with Indiana Department of Education School Psychologist Certification required.

You will conduct cognitive, emotional, and behavioral assessments, develop IEPs/504 plans, provide crisis support, and collaborate with teachers and families to maximize student outcomes in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Department of Education School Psychologist Certification in the state where services are provided.
• Criminal Background and DCS checks are required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral assessments using standardized tests.
• Develop and consult on IEPs and 504 plans based on assessment data.
• Provide crisis support to schools and train staff on mental health and behavior strategies.
• Maintain confidential records and prepare detailed evaluation reports for IEP meetings.
• Participate in team meetings to plan student interventions.

About the Role: Provide school psychology services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using a range of standardized tests.
• Develop and consult on individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans based on assessment data. Create evidence-based interventions and strategies.
• Provide crisis support during emergencies and offer training to school staff on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress. Prepare detailed reports for IEP meetings, evaluations, and other necessary documentation.
• Actively participate in team meetings to review and plan student interventions.

What we're looking for:

Must Have:

• Department of Education School Psychologist Certification in the state where services are delivered
• Criminal Background and DCS Check
• Eligibility to work in the US

Preferred:

• One year of experience in School Psychology
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
• Experience with school-based caseload management
