Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Virtual School Psychologist for 2026-2027. This remote Indiana role is part-time and requires Indiana Department of Education School Psychologist licensure.

You will assess students, develop IEPs/504 plans, provide direct services, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Department of Education School Psychologist Certification in the state where services are delivered.
• Criminal background check and DCS check required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using standardized tests.
• Develop and consult on IEPs and 504 plans based on assessment data; create evidence-based interventions.
• Provide crisis support during emergencies and train school staff on mental health and behavior management.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress; prepare reports for IEP meetings.

About the Role: Provide school psychology services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using a range of standardized tests.
• Develop and consult on individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans based on assessment data. Create evidence-based interventions and strategies.
• Provide crisis support during emergencies and offer training to school staff on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress. Prepare detailed reports for IEP meetings, evaluations, and other necessary documentation.
• Actively participate in team meetings to review and plan student interventions.

What we're looking for:

Must Have:

• Department of Education School Psychologist Certification in the state where services are delivered
• Criminal Background and DCS Check
• Eligibility to work in the US

Preferred:

• One year of experience in School Psychology
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
• Experience with school-based caseload management
