North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Virtual School Coordinator to support the VS Enablers team. The role focuses on data flow, accuracy and timely reporting to inform decisions affecting children in care.

You will manage key processes, support ePEP systems, attendance monitoring and funding tracking, and use Power BI and Teams to drive performance insights. The post involves close collaboration with the Virtual School Senior Co-ordinator and Performance Analyst to enhance reporting,

Formación

• Experience in educational administration and data reporting.
• Ability to support performance monitoring and reporting processes.
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power BI) for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and manage the flow of information into the Virtual School.
• Ensure data is accurate, up-to-date and accessible for decision-making.
• Support statutory processes and performance reporting.
• Lead in developing systems underpinning the work, including ePEP, attendance and suspension monitoring.
• Utilise Power BI and MS 365 to support data analysis and service improvement.
