Job summary

LETS Therapy is seeking qualified counselors to provide virtual individual counseling for Pennsylvania students in grades 2 through 12. We have a large number of open referrals, ranging from brief monthly support to weekly or twice-weekly sessions. Providers may select a small supplemental caseload or combine cases for more consistent hours.

Build Work Around Your Life — Virtual sessions may be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., based on each student’s availability.

Qualifications

• PA school counseling certification or professional license required.
• Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal Background, and FBI clearances.
• Experience counseling school-aged children and adolescents.
• Ability to engage students through virtual sessions and maintain dependable communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual virtual counseling in accordance with each student’s IEP.
• Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and school-related needs.
• Collaborate with families, educators, related service providers, and IEP teams.
• Monitor student progress and communicate concerns that may affect services.
• Complete service notes and progress documentation accurately and on time.
