What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete all assigned training for the Inside Sales Representative role while building foundational product and clinical knowledge
- Conduct sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment guidelines and compliance policies
- Provide timely updates to the Project Manager regarding business activities, competitive conditions, and industry trends
- Maintain and update profiles of current and prospective prescribers
- Schedule virtual calls to meet with account stakeholders and assess customer clinical needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Experience building relationships with key customers
- Ability to adapt quickly to meet business demands while making an impact
- Manage expense and promotional budgets with guidance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of related internships, clinical, and/or business-to-business sales experience
- Experience in pharma or lite medical device sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com
- Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
