About the role: The Virtual Sales Representative – Urology will play a critical role in expanding the adoption of Boston Scientific’s Urology therapies by engaging with customers in selected markets and accounts through virtual channels. This position requires a strong blend of clinical aptitude, administrative skills, and customer relationship-building capabilities. Success in this role will come from the ability to collaborate effectively, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and embrace coaching and feedback. This individual will be part of a high-energy team committed to advancing patient care through innovation, while representing Boston Scientific’s values and mission in every customer interaction.
Your responsibilities
- Complete all assigned training requirements while dedicating the time necessary to retain and build product knowledge and clinical expertise.
- Conduct all activities in compliance with Boston Scientific’s Travel and Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, AdvaMed policies, and Integrity policies.
- Support promotional programs by delivering educational virtual in-services for healthcare professionals.
- Provide timely updates to the Project Manager regarding business activities, competitive trends, and market insights.
- Maintain and update profiles of current and prospective customers, including clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care.
- Identify opportunities where Boston Scientific’s therapies can enhance care delivery and drive adoption.
- Schedule and conduct virtual visits, meetings, and in-services with customers as needed.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to meet business demands while driving measurable impact
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with key customers
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Disciplined self-starter with the ability to work independently from home
- Proficiency with computer technology and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems, iPad apps)
Preferred qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical sales, B2B sales, or related internships
- Salesforce.com and Tableau experience
- Prior experience in medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment while delivering results
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven success in identifying opportunities and driving referrals within assigned markets

- Salary: Minimum $42,120 — Maximum $71,552 (compensation varies by location and experience)
- The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com— will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
- Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation and an annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
