Job Details

This is a virtual sales role based in Maple Grove, MN, managing accounts and engaging with customers to promote business growth and provide excellent service.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Attend sales summits, trainings, and meetings; collaborate with sales operations and leadership.
  2. Complete all training requirements and maintain foundational product and clinical knowledge.
  3. Create action plans based on sales data to meet or exceed quotas.
  4. Use technology (e.g., Salesforce, Outlook, Microsoft Teams) to schedule and conduct virtual sales calls.
  5. Develop and implement sales strategies based on market analysis.
  6. Identify customer needs through direct engagement and tailor solutions accordingly.
  7. Work with relevant teams to establish pricing packages.
  8. Address customer concerns and develop solutions collaboratively.
  9. Build relationships within hospitals to facilitate future sales.
  10. Leverage virtual resources to enhance customer service and support.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of remote B2B or virtual sales experience
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and sales tools
  • Experience with formal sales processes
  • Commitment to a 3+ year role in IC Virtual Sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in medical device or healthcare virtual sales
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Tableau
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Teams)
Compensation

The annualized base salary is approximately $24.04/hr, plus variable incentives based on performance, along with benefits. Exact compensation depends on experience and qualifications.

Employment may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination and drug testing, especially for safety-sensitive positions, in accordance with legal and company policies.
