As a Virtual Sales Manager (also called a Virtual TeleSales Specialist), you�ll guide clients through important financial decisions � all from your home office.

Meet with clients over virtual calls to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions

Work exclusively with warm leads � no cold calling, door-knocking, or bothering your friends and family

Complete our guided training program and get your state life insurance license (if you�re not licensed yet)

Provide excellent service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Set and achieve personal and team goals

Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and a client-first mindset

What We�re Looking For
You don�t need a background in insurance. We�ll teach you everything you need to know.

Self-starters who are coachable and goal-driven
