JOB SUMMARY - Virtual Sales Manager

Supervises the daily operational aspects and long-term performance strategies of the Virtual Sales Team.

Conducts morning sales huddles, coaches sales executives and team leaders, and conducts sales rides.

Responds to customer issues promptly and assists the Closing Specialists with contracts, as needed.

Collaborates with internal and external partners. Product offerings include MVCD points, resale listings, legacy MVC products, Sheraton Flex, Westin Flex, and Westin Aventura.

Develops and maintains a Culture of Excellence within the Virtual Sales Gallery.

Interviews candidates for Sales Executive and ASM positions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in timeshare/vacation ownership.
  • Over 3 years in sales leadership in the same industry.
  • Over 2 years in telesales within the industry.
Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday, 2-11 PM PST
  • Friday and Saturday as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Active and compliant Real Estate License if legally required.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Available during off-hours.
JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
Customer Service
  • Responds to questions, complaints, and concerns.
  • Handles escalated issues and coordinates with QA and Contracts.
  • Develops strategies to address common customer issues.
Sales Management and Coaching
  • Provides real-time coaching during sales sessions.
  • Maintains presence on the sales floor to support sales staff.
  • Conducts performance reviews and onboarding for new sales staff.
  • Delivers training and addresses employee concerns.
  • Prepares sales staff to handle objections and improve skills.
  • Supervises sales presentations and conducts ride-alongs.
  • Supports hiring and provides feedback based on performance data.
