Job Title: Sales Executive Trainee Virtual

Hourly Rate: $18.75

As a Sales Executive Trainee Virtual, a typical day will include:

• Conducting virtual tours for potential owners.
• Answering Owner questions regarding property use and amenities; making recommendations based on background information obtained through discovery.
• Following up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfilling requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contacting Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
• Developing and maintaining records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

• Welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interacting professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
• Attending daily huddles and team/manager meetings.
• Building openness, trust, and confidence in the pursuit of organizational goals and lasting relationships.
• Following all company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Sales Executive Trainee Virtual:

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• This position primarily works remotely with potential owners.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Maintain an active and in good standing Hawaii Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items weighing up to 10 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening per company policy and legal requirements.
