Speak with clients virtually to understand their needs and recommend the right life insurance solutions

Work with warm, inbound leads—no cold calls, door-knocking, or chasing friends and family

Get licensed—we walk you through every step of the process

Follow up with clients and ensure top-tier service before and after the sale

Own your schedule and stay accountable to your goals

Maintain a high level of professionalism and organization

What You Need

Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented

Strong communicator and good listener

Comfortable using Zoom, CRM tools, and working fully online
