At Certified Mobile Notary Service, we are looking to hire the best remote Virtual Recruiters to work from home.

OVERVIEW:

You will recruit remote contractors seeking various types of notary services for their notary signing agent business. We will provide full online training. You will spend approximately 80% of your time on outbound calls, following up or making simple inquiry calls.

A potential recruit is someone qualified to become a new mobile notary or an existing mobile notary signing up for our services.

LOCATION: Telecommute from your home office. Must be a legal USA resident.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in inbound customer service, survey calls, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, recruiting, or sales.
  • Ability to make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily and send email correspondence.
  • Ability to post 250 new job ads weekly on free classified ad sites.
  • Upbeat, friendly, detail-oriented, with outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience.
  • Must pass a felony verification check.
  • Strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Internet, computer, telephone or cell phone with unlimited long-distance, home office setup.

COMPENSATION:

$15.00 per recruited agent or business enrolled into our services, based on commissions. The average hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $30.00.

Contractors are paid bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th.

FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE:

Up to 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) and 7 hours on Saturday (10 AM - 5 PM). Closed on Sundays and major holidays. A minimum of 20 hours/week is required to remain active, with up to 45 hours/week possible.

All internal jobs are guaranteed upon passing a background check. Positions are pre-screened and safe for remote work.
