Our potential candidates will enjoy the freedom and profitability of working independently as (1099) contractors while benefiting from the tools, branding, and support of a national recruiting work-at-home job finder agency.

Overview

You will recruit remote contractors seeking various types of notary services for their notary signing agent business. We will provide full online training. Your primary task will be making outbound calls (approximately 80% of your time), including follow-up inquiries and simple call-backs.

Ideal recruits are qualified to become or are existing mobile notaries signing up for our notary services.

Location: Telecommute from your home office. Must be a legal USA resident.

Qualifications / Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in inbound customer service, survey calls, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, recruiting, or sales.
• Ability to make a minimum of 75+ outbound calls daily and send email correspondence.
• Ability to post 250 new job ads per week on free classified ad sites.
• Upbeat, friendly demeanor, detail-oriented, with outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience.
• Must pass a felony verification check.
• Strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

$15.00 per recruited agent or business enrolled in our campaign services, based on commissions. Average hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $30.00.

Payment is bi-weekly, on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Flexible Work Schedule

Work up to 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) and 7 hours on Saturday (10 AM - 5 PM). Closed on Sundays and major holidays. Minimum of 20 hours/week required to stay active, with a maximum of 45 hours/week.
