Job summary

Ignite Reading is hiring Tutor Educators to join a rolling onboarding cycle in the United States. You will conduct daily, one-on-one 15-minute tutoring sessions, five days a week, focused on foundational reading skills.

You must complete a 7-week training program, commit to at least 3 hours of daily availability, and pass background checks and eligibility requirements. The role starts with paid training, then certification-based pay. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating one-to-one virtual tutoring sessions.
• Strong communication and listening skills with students.
• Comfort using multiple screens and common conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily 15-minute tutoring sessions to the same students.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet daily tutoring commitments.
• Record student data and progress to support growth targets.
