Position Overview:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly articulate and detail-oriented Reader to provide virtual reading support to a visually impaired Veterans Service Representative (VSR) at the Cleveland VA Regional Office.

Location: Remote (Telework-Based Support for Cleveland VA Regional Office)
Hours: Up to 30 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Orally read aloud various documents (PDF & handwritten forms, medical records, evidence files and system screens)

  • Review outgoing communications (emails, letters, attachments)

  • Assist in interpreting inaccessible interfaces across multiple VA systems

Qualifications:
  • Must be customer-service oriented, professional, and well-groomed

  • Able to work in a remote, secure, and distraction-free environment

  • Prior work with visually impaired individuals or disability accommodations

  • Familiarity with Veterans Affairs systems such as VBMS, CAPRI, or SharePoint

  • Experience in administrative, interpreting, or document review roles
