Job description

More about the role :
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and very basic tax questions. We provide continuous support for everything.
  • Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
  • TurboBonus Boost: Enjoy a $5.00 per hour bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, you must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
  • Earn a $310 bonus just for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³. Certification takes place over 3 days.
  • Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
  • Minimum 30 hours per week required. Want to work more? Feel free to do so!¹
  • You will be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls, along with an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) as your advocate.
