• Seeking therapists with full independent licensure in New York State. Position is 100% remote, Full-time (40 hours per week) - 24 hours per week will be direct patient facing hours, 16 administrative hours. 3 Evenings required per week, along with day time hours (Mon-Fri).

How You’ll Serve Our Patients

As a Primary Therapist at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a virtual team that delivers face-to-face treatment, therapy sessions and support to our patients through our HIPAA-compliant Telebehavioral Health Platform around the nation.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load:
• Complete biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments
• Create individualized treatment plan with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members
• Create treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed
• For each patient on case load, complete clinical paperwork including:
• Treatment plans
• Individual and Family Therapy progress notes and group notes
• Wellness plan and aftercare plan
• Discharge summary
• Attend treatment team meetings and treatment team rounds to coordinate patients care with interdisciplinary team

Primary Therapist II Must Haves

• Has obtained and maintains a full independent clinical mental health license as required by state
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree required in counseling or related field
• Has carried significant individual and/or family caseload for at least 2 years with documented success in treating patients with common diagnoses and expected comorbidities
• Experience with individual/family therapy preferred

Primary Therapist III Must Haves

• At least 3 years post licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED and/or trauma related disorders
• Some experience supervising other clinicians
• Has carried a significant individual and/or family caseload, with success treating more complex cases
