Provider Network Manager - Virtual Primary Care

About the Role

We are expanding our network in the following states: OR, MS, ME, MN, DE, VT, WV, MT, HI, AK, ND. We are seeking licensed physicians in these states to join our Virtual Primary Care (VPC) Physician Network.

Our VPC Physicians, primarily board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, often with secondary board certifications in Obesity Medicine or Lifestyle Medicine, provide wellness and routine care to over 20 million covered lives. They manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension.

We request a minimum of 10-15 dedicated hours per week for virtual primary care, with the possibility of more hours. Reimbursement rates are $45 for wellness visits and $38 for routine visits, including refills and urgent care, with no-shows paid.
