One Medical is recruiting a full-time Physician Assistant for a virtual role delivering primary care via tele-health visits, calls, and emails. The role requires an MSPAS and active NCCPA certification, with 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings.

Shifts include weekday and weekend hours, and you will collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates. Base compensation ranges from $59.10 to $65.50 per hour, with evening and weekend differentials, and a strong benefits

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Full time 40 hours including evenings and weekends

Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups

Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles

Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually

Completion of Master's Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) and is maintaining an active NCCPA certification

Experience

• In the past 5 years, practiced as a Physician Assistant for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)

Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)

Current shifts range from (12p-11p PST, 7a-6p PST, 6a-5p PST)

This is a full-time virtual role.

Compensation and Benefits

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
