Job summary

One Medical in San Diego is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to provide exceptional telehealth services. You will treat patients via tele‑health visits and collaborate with virtual teams. This role requires a master's degree in a Physician Assistant program, current licensing in CA or AZ, and at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $59.10 to $65.50 and benefits including a paid sabbatical, free memberships, and a robust insurance package.

Qualifications

• Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and maintaining active NCCPA certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting.
• Currently licensed in CA or AZ with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele‑health visits, including telephonic triage calls and video visit appointments.
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in‑office teammates.
• Utilization of specific clinical training to give exceptional care.
