Responsibilities
  • Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
  • Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
  • Utilize specific clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients virtually
  • Maintain effective communication with patients of all backgrounds
Qualifications
  • Completed an accredited PA program with a national certification
  • Currently licensed in GA or TX with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the past 5 years
  • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and Sunday
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
