• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and Sunday.

• Conduct tele-health visits including triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up communications.
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates during daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care to patients.
• Adapt communication and care strategies to meet the diverse needs of patients.
