What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct tele-health visits including triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up communications
- Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates during daily huddles
- Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care to patients
- Adapt communication and care strategies to meet the diverse needs of patients
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Completed an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program with national certification
- Current licensure in California with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting or urgent care/emergency medicine within the last 5 years
- Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and Sunday
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
