Goldenscript is flipping the script on how meds are managed for polypharmacy patients. Built by a team who ran large provider groups and startups, we’re betting on pharmacists - not as background consultants, but as frontline care champions. The Role:

We’re looking for a pharmacist with true ambulatory care experience that loves the experience of driving direct patient care. The perfect candidate has been through the trenches of providing primary care, managing disease states, making real clinical decisions, and owning patient outcomes. Bonus points for those with a PGY1 or PGY2 specialized in Ambulatory Care.

Who is not a great fit for us:

Individuals who have not actively been managing patient care in their recent career history (retail/payer) & individuals who are not comfortable with early stage startup risk and pace.

What You’ll Own

• Act as the medication expert in an interdisciplinary team, practicing at the top of your license
• Conduct comprehensive med reviews and manage complex, high-risk regimens
• Order meds and labs under collaborative practice agreements or standing orders
• Leverage pharmacogenomics to individualize and optimize therapy
• Build trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, and providers
• Help design our clinical workflows, tools, and processes — and iterate as we scale

What We’re Looking For

• PharmD and completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 residency (Ambulatory Care or Geriatrics strongly preferred)
• Willing to obtain a Florida telehealth license (no exam required)
• Experience working directly with older adults and/or caregivers
• A clear communicator with strong clinical intuition and high emotional intelligence
• Comfortable working autonomously and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
• Startup mindset: resourceful, optimistic, accountable, adaptable

Bonus Points For

• BCACP or BCGP certification
• Experience under collaborative practice agreements or standing orders
• Familiarity with Medicare Stars, HEDIS, or managed care
• Experience with PGx, telehealth, or high-complexity care populations
• Excitement to grow into a leadership role as the company scales
