Job Summary:

The Virtual Sales Representative implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned region, the Virtual Sales Representative will utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel. The Virtual Sales Representative will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.

Responsibilities of the Virtual Sales Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Executing client-directed outbound calls, emails, & virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets & prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations
  • Developing a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient & comprehensive coverage of assigned targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, & appointments in the CRM system
  • Clearly articulating the clinical benefits & value of the product to HCPs & office staff using educational resources & support materials
  • Fostering trust & credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs & office staff
  • Maintain adherence and compliance with all corporate, industry policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience with a history of documented success
  • 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare or pharma sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Expert selling skills, strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly & effectively
  • Experience in high pressures & fast paced environment
  • Strong technical experience working with various tools and applications

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven ability to work with all regulatory legal, and compliance parameters
