Job summary

Ivy Rehab is seeking a warm, patient, tech-savvy Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our teletherapy team in Virginia, serving birth to age 21 with individualized plans of care.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain autonomy, and contribute to a culture of mentorship, authenticity, inclusion, and lifelong learning while delivering exceptional care to families.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification; VA Telehealth SLP role cannot support C-SLPAs or CFYs.
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in at least one state; multi-state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platforms (Microsoft Teams).
• Deliver individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans.
• Guide clients and families through technical challenges and encourage caregiver involvement.
• Collaborate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain a patient-first mentality with reasonable caseloads and a focus on outcomes.
• Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with availability between 3:00-8:00pm local time, EST.

• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in at least one state; multi-state licensure preferred.

• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

• Must live in the state of Virginia or plan to relocate to Virginia prior to start date.

Preferred Experience

• Licensed or willing to obtain licenses inVA.

• Background in outpatient pediatric therapy and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
