Job summary

Vironix Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator – Virtual Care to support patients remotely while collaborating with care teams. The role prioritizes flexible scheduling and laptop-based work, with the majority done from home and about 3 days on-site per week as scheduled.

You will communicate with patients, monitor vital signs and lifestyle data, document interactions, and help patients stay engaged with their care in a virtual setting.

Qualifications

• CCMA/CMA certification or LPN license.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn Virtual Clinical Monitoring.
• Reliable laptop and transportation.
• Ability to work on-site approximately 3 days per week when scheduled.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
