Join us in helping people rediscover the strength already within them.
This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about group-based care and dedicated to creating an affirming, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic environment for adults who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. The program supports individuals navigating complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, and other mental health challenges, while recognizing the unique experiences, stressors, and barriers to care that LGBTQ+ individuals may face.
In this daytime Trauma-Focused IOP Therapist role, you'll facilitate trauma-focused group therapy sessions for adults (18+) three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.). You'll also provide individual trauma-informed and EMDR therapy sessions once per week for each group member, with sessions typically occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
This is a comprehensive clinical role that integrates intensive group therapy, outpatient individual sessions, and consultations, allowing you to support clients throughout multiple aspects of your treatment journey.
