Ladders is seeking a Virtual Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality virtual primary and urgent care across AZ, CA, CO, OR, and WA. The role is remote and requires active state licensure and ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teams to ensure continuity of care.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $123,192–$136,384 annually and emphasizes flexible scheduling, weekend shifts, and ongoing professional development through rounds and CME opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited FNP program with national certification.
• 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care experience within the last 5 years.
• Current multi-state licensure in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA with ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Virtual Nurse Practitioner - AZ CA CO WA Licensed to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will focus on delivering high-quality virtual primary care and urgent care support to patients across multiple licensed states. You will conduct telehealth visits, triage calls, and video appointments while adapting care approaches to meet diverse patient needs. The position also requires close collaboration with virtual and in-office clinical teammates to support continuity of care and strong patient outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $123,192 – $136,384 annually

Qualifications

• Current licensure in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Strong preference for CA candidates with 103 or 104 certification
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
