- Provide expert mortgage knowledge and advice through proactive customer contact
- Manage assigned mortgage renewal leads and present retention offers
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships with additional financial solutions
- Execute the Customer Experience Model (CEM) and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure compliance with retail lending and regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of residential mortgage products, policies, and processes
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the financial industry or related field
- Post-secondary degree in business/finance or a related field (considered an asset)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and E-Signature
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience leading virtual advice discussions and assisting customers with virtual meetings
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
